FAQ

1. How do I receive my digital purchase?

After your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Since you have purchased a digital product, I will manually prepare your files and send them to you within 2 business days. This email will include high-resolution (300 DPI) JPEG, PDF, and PNG (transparent background) files as attachments. Once you download them to your computer, they are ready to be printed at home or at your local print shop. I will also include a PDF guide with printing tips to ensure you get the best results!

2. What file formats will I receive?

Your download includes three different formats to ensure the best results for any use:

  • JPEG: High-resolution (300 DPI) image file, perfect for most home printing and online photo services.

  • PDF: Print-ready, high-quality file that preserves color accuracy and sharpness—recommended for professional print shops.

  • PNG: A version with a transparent background. This is ideal if you want to use the artwork digitally (e.g., for presentations, social media, or digital planners) without a solid white background.

3. I didn't receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

Please don't worry, your order is safe! If the email hasn't arrived yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your Spam/Promotions folder: Sometimes email providers filter automated confirmations into these folders.

  2. Give it a few minutes: It can take about 5–10 minutes for the system to process and send the confirmation.

  3. Verify your email address: Make sure you are checking the inbox associated with your purchase (e.g., your PayPal or Apple Pay email address might be different from your primary one).

  4. Contact me: If you still haven't received anything after an hour, please send an email to zindalart@gmail.com with your name and the title of the artwork you purchased, and I will manually resend it to you!

4. Where can I print my images?

You can print them using your home printer, but for the best quality and professional results, I recommend using a local print shop. Along with your purchased prints, you will receive a PDF guide containing printing tips and practical settings to help you get the perfect look.

5. What kind of paper should I use?

For a professional, artistic finish, I recommend using heavyweight matte cardstock (180-300 gsm/80-110 lb) or textured fine art paper. Avoid glossy photo paper, as it can cause unwanted reflections when placed behind glass in a frame.

6. Why do the colors look slightly different from what I see on my monitor?

Every monitor and screen is calibrated differently. The colors of the printed version may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, depending on the type of paper and ink used by your printer or print shop. Due to the backlight of monitors, colors often appear more vibrant and brighter on screen than they do on paper.

7. Can you create a custom size?

Yes! If you have a frame that doesn't fit the standard sizes provided, please contact me before or after your purchase. I'll be happy to resize the file for you free of charge.  Please include the exact dimensions in the 'notes' section at checkout or send me an email with your order number.

8. Can I use the images for commercial purposes?

Your purchase includes a license for personal use only. This means you can print the artwork for your own home decor or as a gift for others. However, you may not resell or redistribute the digital files, upload them to stock photo websites, or use them for any commercial projects or physical products for sale.

If you are interested in a commercial license or a larger project, please contact me for a custom quote!

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, once the order is processed, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. Therefore, I am unable to offer refunds. Please make sure to read the product description carefully before making a purchase.

If the files have not been sent yet, the order can be cancelled. In this case, please contact me immediately!

10. What if there is a problem?

While I do not offer refunds, my goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your chosen artwork. I am happy to help if:

  • Corrupted file: If the image won't open due to a technical error, I will immediately send you a new copy.

  • Issues with sizing: If you can't find the right aspect ratio for your frame, just let me know, and I will create the custom size for you free of charge.

  • Wrong file received: If I accidentally sent the wrong file, let me know and I will send the correct one right away.

For any other concerns, please contact me at zindalart@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, and we will find a solution together!
