The online store processes the personal data provided by the Customer for the purpose of fulfilling and supplementing the Terms and Conditions, processing electronic orders and deliveries, and maintaining necessary communication during the period prescribed by law.

General Provisions

1. The Personal Data Controller, in accordance with the GDPR (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), is Zita Csapó, with registered office at 1148 Budapest, Lengyel u. 28. (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller");

3. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Source of Personal Data

1. The Controller processes personal data obtained with the Customer's consent, collected through the contract concluded during the creation of an electronic order in the e-shop;

2. The Controller processes only the Customer's identification and contact details that are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract;

3. The Controller processes personal data for delivery and accounting purposes, as well as for necessary communication between the contracting parties, for the period prescribed by law. Personal data will not be made public and will not be transferred to other countries (only Hungary).

Purpose of Data Processing

The Controller processes the Customer's personal data for the following purposes:

1. Registration on the website zindalart.hu in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 2 of the GDPR;
2. Fulfillment of the electronic order created by the Customer. Processing of the name, billing and shipping address, email address, and phone number provided during the purchase for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (delivery, invoicing).
3. Compliance with laws and regulations arising from the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Controller;
4. Personal data are necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase contract. The contract cannot be concluded without providing personal data.

Duration of Personal Data Storage

1. The Controller stores personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship, for a period of 3 years following the conclusion of the contract;

2. The Controller must delete all personal data after the expiry of the period required for the storage of personal data.

Newsletter (optional): If you subscribe to the newsletter (for example, in exchange for a free coloring page), I may use your name and email address to send you updates and offers.

Recipients and Processors of Personal Data

Third parties processing the Customer's personal data are subcontractors of the Controller. The services of these subcontractors are essential for the successful fulfillment of the contract for processing the electronic order between the Controller and the Customer.

The Controller's subcontractors are:

Webnode AG (e-shop system and hosting);

Delivery company (if applicable);

Google Analytics (website statistics);

Invoicing: szamlazz.hu

Rights of the Customer

In accordance with the Regulation, the Customer has the following rights:

1. The right of access to personal data;

2. The right to rectification of personal data;

3. The right to erasure of personal data;

4. The right to object to the processing of personal data;

5. The right to data portability;

6. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or by e-mail to: zindalart@gmail.com;

7. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in case of suspected violation of the Regulation.

Protection of Personal Data

1. The Controller declares that they have taken all necessary technical and organizational precautions to protect personal data;

2. The Controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage areas, in particular by protecting computer access with passwords, using antivirus software, and performing regular maintenance of the computers.

Final Provisions

1. By placing an electronic order on the website zindalart.hu, the Customer confirms that they have been informed about the conditions of personal data protection and that they accept them in their entirety.

2. The Customer agrees to these rules by checking the consent box via the online order form.

3. The Controller is entitled to change these rules. The new version of the personal data protection rules will be published on the website.

These rules come into effect on 28th December 2025.
